Making crackers for real?
I bought a Breville waffle maker a few weeks ago (not one of the best shoes the stove). I'm not much experience with making cookies so we've done so far have been very soft when cooked. They have no outer layer of crunchy like cookies that can be found in cafes and restaurants (the best I ever had were in the Max Brenner). What is a recipe for crackers really?
Please, please, please, if you please, do not try to make waffles with pancake mix. They are not the same thing, and you will never have a good pancake waffle dough. I love this recipe from Alton Brown http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/alton-brown/basic-waffle-recipe/index.html also use cooking spray instead of butter on the griddle waffle, just a suggestion, but I think that makes it better
